Installation Manual

Drying Air Temperature Wiring Instructions

There are three options for providing the DM510 with a drying air temperature reading. In most
cases the decision about which option to use is made at the time of ordering the DM510 system.

1.

A Dryer Master Air Plenum Temperature Sensor to be located in the dryer

2.

A signal converter that utilizes the dryer temperature information

3.

Using a signal from a temperature controller with a digital or analog output

Caution

All multi-cable must be run in areas where the maximum temperature does not exceed 105°C

(220°F). Use Teflon coated wires in areas that exceed this limit.
