Programming:
The following instructions will setup both channels identically. Should channel 1 fail for any reason,
simply moving the appropriate wires to channel 2 will restore operation.
Note: If, when displaying a parameter there is inactivity on the keypad for more than about 20
seconds, the display exits the parameter setup. If this happens to you, simply return to step 1 and
start over.
Note: You can only advance from one parameter to the next. If you enter the wrong value and
advance to the next parameter you will need to advance through all the parameters and back to the
temperature display screen in order to re-enter the parameters and correct your mistake.
Note: The programming/display unit will only show the temperature in degrees Celsius when
connected to a thermocouple. For reference purposes, 100

1)
Press and hold the return key until the first parameter is displayed.
2)
Set input channel 1 (InP1) to 3 for a T-type thermocouple or 5 for a J-type
thermocouple using the up and down arrows.

Press the return key to advance to the next parameter.
4)
Set input channel 2 (InP2) to 3 for a T-type thermocouple or 5 for a J-type
thermocouple using the up and down arrows.
5)
Press the return key to advance to the next parameter.
6)
Set channel 1 scale low limit (SCL1) to -80.0.
7)
Press the return key to advance to the next parameter.
8)
Set channel 2 scale low limit (SCL2) to -80.0.
9)
Press the return key to advance to the next parameter.
10)
Set channel 1 scale high limit (SCH1) to 204.4.
11)
Press the return key to advance to the next parameter.
12)
Set channel 2 scale high limit (SCH2) to 204.4.
13)
Press the return key to advance to the next parameter.
14)
Set channel 1 input offset (Scb1) to 0.
15)
Press the return key to advance to the next parameter.
16)
Set channel 2 input offset (Scb2) to 0.
17)
Press the return key to advance to the next parameter.
18)
Set channel 1 digital filter (FIL1) to 30.
