Troubleshooting

General Information

If you have a service-related question about the Multi-PID 2, consult
this manual ﬁrst. If you cannot ﬁnd the answer in this documentation,
contact Dräger Safety’s Technical Support Department.

When you call, please have the following information ready:
1. A description of what happened and what you were doing when

the problem occurred.

2. Any corrective action that you have tried.
3. The exact wording of any messages that appeared on the display.
