NOTE:
If a target gas calibration is required, a new storage location
with a response factor of 1 has to be created. It should be noted
that all storage places are calibrated simultaniously. In the case
of a target gas calibration, only the created storage place
should be used. Please refer also to chapter “Calibration Techni-
cal Description” on page 72.
