Trouble Shooting, Error Codes and Fault Diagnosis
Service Manual Cafitesse 500
1. The dispenser has not
been flushed.
1. The cooling compartment
has not been cleaned for
more than 180 hours.
1. Nozzle not properly
installed.
2. Product valve calcified or
defective.
Change the programming
by means of the service
panel.
FLUSH
The ON/OFF LED is
flashing.
Dispenser remains on.
If the dispenser is not
flushed at the set FLUSH
time, the "EMPTY" and
ON/OFF LEDs are
flashing. The beverage
delivery is blocked.
SANIT
The ON/OFF LED is
flashing.
The dispenser remains
on.
If the cooling
compartment will not be
cleaned within the next 4
hours the "EMPTY" and
ON/OFF LEDs are
flashing. The product
deliveries are blocked

Test flow on product
valve incorrect
(see pg. 4-14)

The beverage delivery is
blocked
no bloc
Delivery is possible.
1. Carry out daily cleaning of
the combi-trough
1. Clean the cooling
compartment and the combi-
trough.
1. Install nozzle correctly.
2. Check the product valve,
replace or adjust it if
necessary.
