10. Select the station you wish to route calls from that number to.
CDS Store – storing all calls or unanswered calls only
The system CDS lists can store either all calls or unanswered calls only.

4. Press the Scroll Down Key ( Ô ) until

is displayed and select.

Press the Hands-free Key to finish programming.
To set up stations with an individual CDS store
You can program stations to store five numbers each. Each of these stations will have a separate record of calls that ring
on exchange lines programmed to ring their stations only.

4. Press the Scroll Down Key ( Ô ) until
Individual CDS stores
is displayed.

CDS Stores

6. Select the stations that you wish to have an individual CDS store. The stations with a personal CDS store have
a
♦ displayed beside them.
Press the Hands-free Key to finish programming.
Automatic line selection
This facility allows users to make external calls without having to enter the line access codes (0,8).
Internal calls are made by pressing Forward Recall and dialling the number when using standard or cordless phones or
selecting the number from the internal call menu on a ip520c phone.

Paging
To protect ip520c phones against announcements and Voice Calls
By default, all ip520c phones may be paged. You can page-protect each ip520c to prevent it from being paged from either
Announcements or Voice Calls.
