Mail Address …… Enters the e-mail address
and selects an icon. You can enter up to 50 single-
byte alphabet, numbers and symbols.
If the mail address is not stored, you can acquire the
set mail address from the i-mode Center
automatically by selecting “Acquire Automatically”
(the secret code is automatically retrieved when the
secret code is stored in the mail address).
Once you have stored the first e-mail address, the
“
<Not stored>” option appears on the My Profile
edit screen. Select this option to store an additional
e-mail address.
Edit address …… Enters a zip code and
address (prefecture/city/street/apartment name).
Enter the 7 single-byte numbers for ZIP codes. You
can enter up to 50 double-byte or 100 single-byte
kanji characters, hiragana, katakana, alphabet,
numbers and pictographs in total with the 4 items
“prefecture”, “city”, “street”, and “apartment name”
for the address other than the Zip code.
Enter birthday …… Enters the contact’s birthday
(year, month and day).
Any year from 1800 to 2099 can be set.
When it turns 0:00 am on the date registered here, a
desktop icon appears on the display. → P.99
Edit memorandums …… Enters a memo (short
note). You can enter up to 100 double-byte or 200
single-byte characters which include kanji
characters, hiragana, katakana, alphabet, numbers
and pictographs.
Set image …… Shoots a still image with the
camera or select an image form My picture to display
it on the My Profile. Select “Release this” to release
the set still image.

Quoting the personal information (My
Profile)
Storing personal information allows you to identify
your FOMA terminal and quote the stored information
on the Character entry (edit) screen or i-mode.

Recording Your and the Other
Party’s Voice
<Voice memo (in-call) /Voice memo (in-standby)>
There are 2 types of Voice memo. “Voice memo (in-
call)” allows you to record the other party’s voice
during a voice or videophone call. “Voice memo (in-
standby)” allows you to record your own voice while
the standby screen is displayed.

You can record either 1 voice memo (in-call) or 1
voice memo (in-standby), which overwrites the
existing memo.
z You can record voice up to about 20 seconds.

z When you change your own e-mail address or store a
secret code, also change the mail address of this
function (it is not changed automatically).

z When you quote a street address on the Text entry or
i-mode site, a space may be entered between items.
z When you quote the My Profile, the data except the
items entered automatically are not quoted.
