setting of quality and size restrictions.
The recording time for one operation (estimate)
and the total time that can be recorded (estimate)
are shown below:

Recording the sound
･
Record the sound in as quiet a place as possible
with no or little noise.
･
Even when SILENT is set for the ring alert
volume, Silent Mode or Public mode (Driving
mode) is active and so on, the recording
confirmation sound (shutter sound) is heard. Also,
the volume of the shutter sound cannot be
changed.
･
When you activate Sound Recorder, the sub-
display lights blue. While you are recording
sound, the camera indicator flashes in red and
the sub-display flashes in multiple colors. During
pause, the camera indicator lights red and the
sub-display lights green. The setting not to light/
flash is unavailable and the lighting pattern/
lighting color cannot be changed.

While the recording screen is displayed, the sub-
display lights according to the setting of Sub-
display Light Color.

finished. A confirmation screen for the recorded
sound is displayed.

When Auto save in Recording Setting is set to
Yes , the recorded sound is saved and the
recording screen reappears. Operations from
Step 4 are not required.

When the size of a file reaches the limit while
sound recording, sound recording ends
automatically. The sound recorded up to that
point is saved.

If

is pressed to end the recording during
pause, the sound recorded up to that point can
be saved.

automatically. Note that opening a closed
FOMA terminal will not start the auto-play
