26.2.9 Check the operating controls on the work platform (UCB) and in the lower
control centre (LCB)

check the overall condition of the electric appliances inside the box and spray with
moisture repellent, if necessary

check the cables and the tightness of the cable clamps

test the sound signal (S10), emergency stop (S4,S1), emergency descent (S11,S14)

test all the operating controls and all the movements

pay attention to the condition of the gaskets
26.2.10 Warning stickers and instructions

Make sure all warning stickers and adhesive tapes are in place and legible; replace if
necessary.

Check that these operating and service instructions as well as the inspection protocols
are on the work platform, in the compartment reserved for them
26.2.11 Deutz (D 2011 L03 i) Diesel power unit
NOTE
Check daily the engine oil level, and that the cooler element is clean.
As necessary, clean the cooler by blowing compressed air over it.
Beware of damaging the cooler.
1. After every 1000 h or at least once a year (refer to the operating instructions
for the engine that are included in the delivery for more detailed information)

Change the engine oil and the oil filter every 1000 hours or once a year)

Check the glow plug, replace as required

Check the electric conductors and connections (main fuse, battery cables and earthing)

Check the V-belt, replace as required

Check the bolts of the engine brackets

Check the hoses and the hose clamps

Check and adjust the play of the valves

Replace the fuel filter cartridge

Clean the water trap/pre-filter for fuel and replace the filter cartridge, as necessary

Replace the air filter

After every 6000 h or at least after 5 year s (refer to the operating instructions for
the engine that are included in the delivery for more detailed information)

Replace the timing belt
