26.2.3 Hydraulic hoses, connectors and pipes

Visually check the condition of the hoses, connectors and pipes.

Change any hoses with surface damage, cracks or chafing. NOTE! The explosion-
proof protective sleeve must be renewed, if it is damaged by chafing.

Replace any dented or twisted hydraulic pipes.

Check the hydraulic connectors. Replace, if necessary. Do not tighten too much.
26.2.4 Chassis, transmission, axles and wheels
26.2.4.1 Check the attachment bolts for tightness

Check the wheel nuts for tightness – 360 Nm (M18, 32 pcs.).

Check the attachment bolts of the steering axle for tightness – 520 Nm (M20, 2
pcs.).

Check the U-bolts of the fixed axle for tightness – 230 Nm (M20, 2 pcs.).

Check the tightening torque of the bolts for the oscillating axle's locking cylinder –
62 Nm (M12, 8 pcs.).
26.2.4.2 Check the wheels.

Check the condition of the tyres. (wear, possible cracks and tears)

Check the rims (welded seams, crack and distortions).

The tyres are filled with foam. NO INFLATION WITH AIR
26.2.4.3 Check the play of the joints of the steering axle and the
transmission

Track rod joints

Knuckle pin joints

Bearings of axle oscillation

Universal joint crosses of the Cardan shaft driveshafts

Lubricate all joints.
26.2.4.4 Check the level of the transmission oil

Visually check that the axles do not show oil leaks.

Check the oil level in the reduction gear.

Check the oil level in the differential.

Check the oil level in the planetary gear.

