PCI Bus Problems Indicated at Power-Up
PCI bus failures at power-up are usually indicated by the
inability of the system to see the device. Use Table 4–12 to
diagnose the likely cause of the problem.

1 Confirm that the PCI module and any cabling are
properly seated.
2 Check for a bad slot by moving the last installed controller
to a different slot.
3 Call option manufacturer or Digital customer support for
help.
