6.2 Machining processes

Operating Instructions inLab MC X5

Preparing the multi-block holder

The multi-block holder is supplied with separate spherical pressure 

screws for fixing the material blocks. Use the tool for the block clamp for 

this.

1. Insert the supplied spherical pressure screws in the appropriate 

places of the multi-block holder and proceed with equipping. 

2. Assign block placeholders to the unused positions.
