key (Salinity sub-function).

Pressing this key allows you to
activate or disactivate compensa-
tion of water salinity when measu-
ring the concentration of dissolved
Oxygen.
Activation of the SAL signal, when
the concentration of dissolved
Oxygen is shown in mg/l, indica-
tes that the instrument is compen-
sating water salinity according to
the set value.

Attention:
when the saturation index of
dissolved Oxygen (%) is
displayed, the SAL symbol is
never active, as water salinity
has no influence on this type of
measurement.
