When the key is pressed the instrument
gives a beep and starts storing and updating
the MAX, MIN and MEAN value
When the key is held down for more than one second, the instrument gives a
short beep followed by a long one.
The Maximum, Minimum and Mean values have been reset and the instrument
starts updating these values again.
