Antenna Installation Warning:
1, It is installer’s responsibility to ensure that when using the authorized antennas in the United States
(Or where FCC rules only);
2, only those antennas certified with the product are used;
3, the use of any antenna other than those certified with the product is expressly forbidden in
accordance to FCC rules CFR 47 part 15.204;
4, The Installer should configure the output power level of antenna, according to country regulations
and per antenna type;
5, Professional installation is required of equipment with connectors to ensure compliance with health
and safety issues.
End Product Labeling
This transmitter module is authorized only for use in device where the antenna may be installed such
that 100 cm may be maintained between the antenna and users. This final and product must be
labeled in a visible area with the following: Contains FCC ID: “UB8-FWBD0501’’.
Manual Information to the End User
The OEM integrator has to be aware not to provide information to the end user regarding how to
install or remove this RF module in the user’s manual of the end product which integrates this module.
The end user manual shall include all required regulatory information/Warning as show in this manual.

This device complies with Industry Canada licence-exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is subject to
the following two conditions:
(1) This device may not cause interference, and
(2) This device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired
operation of the device.
