If you wish to change the test protocol for this device, touch the Next Page icon,
. The test protocol
is defined over a total of 4 pages. The only change available on page 1 is selection of the Class of the device.
Selection of a Class other than Class I will disable the Protective Earth test in the list of tests. The particular
icons shown on the screen for the Classes are defined in the ConfigMini.txt file. The contents of the
ConfigMini file are:
Class_TextOnly: false
Territory_NA: true
ConfirmResult: true
If Class_TextOnly is true, the screen will show text that indicates the power conditions. If false, the next
line will define which icons will be displayed. If Territory_NA is true, an icon will appear next to the Class
designation that shows a typical plug for North America, grounded for Class I and no ground for Class II.
If Territory_NA is false, the electrical symbol fo ground or double insulated will be used. The
ConfirmResult setting will be used in the saving of test results.
Page 2,
Figure 46
, allows changes to the Leakage test to be preformed, allowing the selection of Equipment
Leakage, Earth Leakage, or Applied Part Leakage testing.
If the device has Applied Parts, they may be tested by un-checking the AP Skip box . When the test is run,
the app will prompt for the Applied Part Type and Function as needed for the Standard. For IEC 61010,
there are no AP tests available.
