An advisory to turn the EUT ON and wait till it reaches operational condition before continuing.

An advisory to turn the EUT OFF in an orderly manner prior to removing power from the receptacle. This
could happen in preparation for reversing the polarity on the receptacle, or at the end of a test prior to
saving results.
