An image button located at the top left corner of the UI enables the user to select the leakage test type.
The content of the pick list depends on the standard which has been selected via the Settings Menu of
Section 2.2, as follows:
Standard Available Tests
AAMI-ES1
Enclosure leakage; earth leakage; patient leakage; isolation test;
point-to-point leakage
NFPA 99 Chassis leakage; lead-to-ground leakage; point-to-point leakage
IEC 60601
AU/NZ 3551 Touch current; earth leakage; patient leakage; MAP test;
point-to-point leakage
IEC 62353 Equipment leakage; applied part leakage; point-to-point leakage
IEC 61010 Touch current; point-to-point leakage; accessible voltage test
VDE701-702 Touch current, earth Leakage
When a item on the pick list is chosen, the list is dismissed. Receptacle polarity is not modified when a new
test is selected from the list, however, neutral/line 2 is restored to normal and ground will also be restored
to normal for tests other than earth leakage or equipment leakage. The schematic on the button at top left is
updated to reflect the new test, and the item label is copied to the text field above the control buttons,
prefixed by the name of the standard.
