4. When the grounds and drip tray are returned, the machine will display “add descaling fluid”
5. Extract the water tank to add descaling fluid (follow instructions on bottle) and top up with
water to the MAX line, return the water tank to its original position.
6. Press B8 button, to commence the automatic descale program.
7. Once complete, the machine will display “change water”.
8. Discard of any water solution left in the water tank, rinse and refill with clean fresh.
Return the water tank back in place.
9. Press B8 button, the machine will continue to display “descaling”.
10. After approximately 10 minutes, the machine will display “change water”.
11. Extract the water tank and for the second time add clean fresh water, return the tank to its
original position, the machine will automatically “rinse”, after rinse the machine come back to
“ready” state.
If needed, the machine can be prompted to descale ahead if time, by following these simple steps:
1. Press B8 button to enter “menu” and next into “information”.
2. Press B8 button next to enter “number of use”.
3. Press B8 button and select “descale”.
4. The machine will now display “descale ready”.
5. Press B8 button to start.
6. Press B8 button to start “cleaning the infuser”.
7. Press B8 button, the machine will display “30 min”.
8. Press B8 button, the machine will display “empty tray”.
9. Extract drip tray and grounds tray and empty contents. Return drip tray and grounds tray
to the machine.
10. When the grounds and drip tray are returned, the machine will display “add descaling fluid”.
11. Extract the water tank to add descaling fluid (follow instructions on bottle) and top up with
water to the MAX line, return the water tank to its original position.
12. Press B8 button, to commence the automatic descale program.
13. Once complete, the machine will display “change water”.
14. Discard of any water solution left in the water tank, rinse and refill with clean fresh.

15. Press B8 button, the machine will continue to display “descaling”.
