Configuration & control of the AC SuperDrive
In order to generate an Open Drain Output voltage that is equal to the Dc Bus Voltage, the Pull
Time is set to zero and the Hold Voltage is set to a voltage that always is above the Dc Bus
Voltage (for example, 10000 centiV in a 48 V system).
