xStack Gigabit Layer 3 Switch Command Line Interface Manual 

 

To configure SNTP settings: 

DGS-3324SRi:4#config sntp primary 10.1.1.1 secondary 10.1.1.2 poll-interval 30 

Command: config sntp primary 10.1.1.1 secondary 10.1.1.2 poll-interval 30

show sntp 

Purpose 

Used to display the SNTP information. 

Syntax 

show sntp 

Description 

This command will display SNTP settings information including the 
source IP address, time and poll interval. 

Parameters None. 

 

Only 

administrator-level users can issue this command. 

Restrictions 

Example usage: 

SNTP Poll Interval    : 720 sec 

         

To display SNTP configuration information: 

DGS-3324SRi:4#show sntp

Purpose 

enable sntp 

This will enable SNTP support. SNTP service must be separately 
configured (see

 config sntp

). Enabling and configuring SNTP 

support will override any manually configured system time 
settings. 

Parameters None. 

Restrictions Only 

administrator-level users can issue this command. SNTP 

settings must be configured for SNTP to function (config sntp). 

Enables SNTP server support.
