This topology is a single transmitter on the end of a long string of receivers. No flow control

is available in this topology, and the distance between the nodes is limited only by the

transceivers used (10 km typical, 26 km maximum).
This topology is good for broadcasting data to multiple destinations where late data is of no

use, such as video transmission applications.
