Auger Installation (Continued)
Relax the auger to its free length by pushing and pulling three (3) or four (4) times. Stretch the auger 6" to
8" per 100' of tubing and clamp it in place using locking pliers. Repeat the above for the other line of tubing
in the loop.
Feed the long end of the auger through the elbow and end tube assembly. Mark and cut the auger at the
appropriate location for the correct amount of stretch. A hack saw or bolt cutters works well to cut
the auger.
Follow the brazing instructions
to braze the auger.
