Probe Sets:
The controller uses two probe sets to determine the average room
temperature for fan stage activation. Probe set 1 is used for the begin-
ning fan stages and probe set 2 is used for the remainder of the ventila-
tion curve. The user determines at which stage probe set 2 is used as
the reference ( see "Controller Setup"). When that stage is reached, the
controller will switch to probe set 2 as long as the average temperature
of set 2 probes is greater or equal to the average of set 1 probes.

Adjusting Fan Start and Stop Temperatures
Note that the minimum temperature difference between two consecu-
tive start temperatures is 0.5°. Note also that start and stop tempera-
tures for all consecutive stages are adjusted by the same amount.
Set the function to START/STOP

using the menu
select buttons. The start and stop
temperatures for Heater 8 are
displayed and the Heater 8 LED on
the right flashes.
Use the output select buttons to select the fan stage to adjust. The
corresponding LED on the right of the front panel flashes.
Press the Edit key. The start temperature flashes. Use the arrow
keys to adjust the start temperature to the desired value.
Press the Edit key. The stop temperature flashes. Use the arrow
keys to adjust the stop temperature to the desired value.
Start: 73.0°F
Stop: 74.0°F
