Replacement of the Pump Housing

Obtain a replacement pump housing.

Drain the reservoir and disconnect the power cord as described in Section 5-1.4.

Remove the three-sided enclosure panel as described in Section 6-1.3.

Locate the pump housing assembly and the inlet and outlet hose connections at

the bottom front of the unit in Figure 8.

Disconnect the hose at the inlet of the pump housing by loosening the screw

clamp.

NOTE:

There may be small amounts of water in the hose.

Disconnect the hose at the outlet of the pump housing by releasing the clamp

near the top of the white pump housing.

Remove the four screws from around the edge of the pump housing

Pull the complete white pump housing forward, remove, and discard.

Insert the replacement housing assembly. Position the housing so that the outlet

is pointing upward and the screw holes are aligned.

Reinsert the four screws around the edge of the housing.

Tighten the screws in the following order: Top, bottom, right and then left.

Do not tighten the screws sequentially.

Reconnect the hose of the water manifold to the outlet at the top of the pump

housing and tighten the clamp.

Reconnect the hose from the water reservoir to the inlet at the center of the

pump housing and tighten the clamp.

Secure the three-sided enclosure panel as described in Section 6-1.4.

Refill the reservoir as described in Section 5-1.5.
