Trouble shooting via Service tool for Leveller, Shelter and Door
As a tool for certified Crawford service and installation staff, the service tool can
be connected to the leveller board, connector X2 in the control box. The service
tool has two buttons, called RIGHT BUTTON (SW2) and LEFT BUTTON (SW1).
If an error occurs that trigs an error code, the display will show the current error
code. If several error codes exist at the same time, the display will alternate
between the existing error codes.
With the tool it is possible to see the fifteenth latest errors from the leveller and
fifteenth latest errors from the door.
As default, the state of the leveller, shelter or the door will be displayed on the control box
and on the display of the service tool.
Indicating leveller in resting position, closed door (CDM9 and
S9 sensor) and shelter off.
Flashing when shelter starts until door is open.
Indicating opened door (CDM9 or S9 sensor).
Indicating dock leveller lifts.
Indicating extend swing lip or telescopic lip.
Indicating leveller in floating position.
“Winter mode”. The shelter function is activated.
“Summer mode”. The shelter function is not activated.
Truck in position.
A dot in the lower right corner of the display indicates that the automatic closing is
activated.
Indicating Auto close of the door.
Control unit locked.
