For 950 control box: Service lamp is ON.  

2.

 

Remove the screws and open the control box. 

3.

 

Attach the Service Tool cable on the connector X2 on leveller board or J2 on processor 
C-board in the control box. 

4.

 

The display shall now show the same information as the display on the outside of the 
control box. 

5.

 

Follow the instructions in §1.6.1 and choose submenu d03 in menu [d] which is the total 
number of door cycles counter. Look in the service manual to see which service the

 Automatic exit from menu system = 0, otherwise =1. SW1 is alternating between 0 and 1. This function is not 

saved in memory after a power break.
