Chapter 8 After Monitoring
8.1 Data Saving
The F9 Monitor automatically saves the data every 2 hours and prior to shutdown. The maximum
capacity is 24-hour data.
When the F9 Monitor is turned on again, the saved data will be loaded. You can review them or print
them at a high speed.
CAUTION : Turn off the F9 Monitor as described in Section 8.3, otherwise the
unsaved data will be lost.
8.2 Completing the Monitoring
After monitoring is completed,
1) Remove transducers or electrodes from the patient. Wipe the remaining gel off the patient
and the transducer with a clean soft cloth or tissue.
2) Tear off the printed recorder paper along the perforation.
8.3 Switching Off
1) Press and hold the
POWER
switch for at least 3 seconds to switch off the monitor.
2) Unplug the power cord.
WARNING : Do not press the POWER switch continuously. Allow at least 10
seconds between switching the F9 Monitor on and off.
