WARNING
NEVER carry out the above-described operations wihout the coffee in the fi lter or without the fi lter-holder assembled in the
group; the sudden return of the lever upwards can damage the appliance and injure people.
The time of delivery depends on the grinding and the quantity of coffee in the fi lter holder.
5.2 EPU VERSION
• put the coffee cup under the dispensing spout;
• press the desired dose key: the coffee starts pouring and can be stopped using the same push-button,
when the desired amount of coffee has been delivered.
Phase 1
Lowering the lever.
Phase 2
Pre-infusion for
3÷5 seconds.
Phase 3
Release of lever
and delivery

5. USE
5.1 ALE VERSION
• put the coffee cup under the dispensing spout;
• pull the lever all the way down;
• wait briefly (3 to 5 seconds);
• raise the lever until you encounter some resistance, then release it;
• wait for dispensing to finish.
5.3 LEVETTA VERSION
• put the coffee cup under the dispensing spout;
• raise the lever: the coffee starts pouring and can be stopped bend the lever, when the
desired amount of coffee has been delivered.
