11. "Dual Rate" Function
The "Dual Rate" function can be used to reduce the adjustment paths of the two swash plate servos and the control
sensitivity of the tail rotor. Switching takes place with the "Dual Rate" rocker toggle switch. It is possible even in flight.
When using the model helicopter indoors, you can therefore control your model more precisely and accurately at
reduced control sensitivity.
When using the model outdoors, the highest control sensitivity must be used at all times to achieve maximum ma-
noeuvrability of the model.
If the toggle switch is switched forwards, the display "D/R 0"
appears (also see figure 5, item 3). The maximum control sen-
sitivity is available.
When the toggle switch is switched backwards towards the
model pilot's body, the reduced control sensitivity is available.
The display shows "D/R 1".
The value for reduced control sensitivity can be set individually
when programming the remote control.
Practical advice:
If you deflect the control stick for the nod and roll functions into one corner and keep it there, you can see the change
to the inclination very well on the swash plate when switching the "Dual Rate" switch several times at the same time.
