5.2.2.8 +VIT - Voice Inactivity Timer (DTE/Modem)

This command sets the modem’s initial value for the DTE/modem inactivity timer.

Syntax

+VIT=<timer>

Defined Values

<timer>

Decimal number(0 and 255) corresponding to the time in units of 1.0 second. A value of 0 disables
the timer.

Reporting Current or Selected Values

Response:

+VIT: <timer>

Example:

For the default setting.
