An error with incoming or outgoing packets.

If you run the clear stats command, and the error
has been resolved, the port moves out of the steady

Flashing amber

Possible reasons for flashing amber include:

•

UDLD is configured only on the local unit
but not on the peer unit.

•

LACP ports are in "Blocking" state.

•

A port is in "Error-Disabled" state due to
traffic-related issues.

Verify that your configuration is correct, and check
the traffic over the link.

Port Speed Status Mode (SPD) LED

Port speed status mode (SPD) displays the speed setting of each downlink and uplink port (including modules).

Refer to the following table to interpret the port speed status mode LED.
