SAFETY PRECAUTION
To prevent fire or shock hazard do not expose the scanner to rain or moisture.
Do not cover the scanner with paper or drawings which might obstruct the unit‟s vents for long periods while the unit is
being operated as this may lead to overheating and constitute a possible fire hazard.
Do not modify the desk mounted scanner by removing the rubber feet as this may impair the air circulation around the
unit and lead to overheating.
Avoid leaning heavily on the scanner when it is mounted on the stand as the unit could be damaged or become
unstable and result in personal injury.
