Step 7:
Adjust the Fabric Tensioner to stretch the fabric and remove wrinkles or any slack, as shown below:

Note:
Do not over tension the fabric.
Step 8:
Press Advance arrow icon from the HMI to move the belt forward and remove the wrinkles, if any.
Step 9:
Pass the fabric between the front Print Dryer and the Stretcher Rollers.
Step 10:
Insert the Empty Core into the Take Up roller, with core holders at both edges.
Step 11:
Attach the falling edge of the fabric to the core by sticking evenly and properly.
Step 12:
Set the take up power to 70% approx. (depends on the fabric type) and switch on the Take Up from
the HMI. Additionally, move the belt forward a little, so that fabric gets securely winded into the take up
roller.
Step 13:
Place back the Roller Stopper pin to secure the take-up roller.
Now, the fabric gets loaded into the machine.
