3. Site Requirements
Power Supply

Power Inlet 1: For Print engine:
Total Wattage: 1500Watts(peak load) + 20% @
220Volts AC 50Hz Sinewave - Max 2000Watts(surge load)

Uninterrupted power supplies (flicker free) should be provided as it has
digital circuit.
o
Safety:
16A MCB must be used to Power this Inlet.

Power Input 2: For Print Dryer :
Total Wattage: 4000Watts(peak load) + 20% @
220Volts AC 50Hz Sinewave - Max 5000Watts
o
Continuous (5 Sec break acceptable in 60 Secs) power supplies required.
o
Safety:
63A MCB must be used to Power this Inlet.

Power Input 3: For Belt Dryer cum Glue Activator:
Total Wattage: 2500Watts(peak
load) + 20% @ 20Volts AC 50Hz Sinewave - Max 3000Watts
o
Continuous (5 Sec break acceptable in 60 Secs) power supplies required.
o
Safety:
32A MCB must be used to Power this Inlet.
•
Power Inlet for Computer:
One set of Power Outlet is required to be used with the
Computer, which should be connected to the same Phase of which is used by the Power Inlet 1
(Print Engine). Power required by computer depends on Computer system configuration.
•
Exclusive Earthing is required for printer. It sho
uldn’t be shared with any other equipment like UPS,
transformers, motors, etc.
