12.3 Terms - explanations
Acceleration:
Motor parameter. – steepness of the ramp up course (speed increment)
Applicator:
Part of the labeler where the label will be stripped from the backing paper
and moved to the product (good) - by moving the backing paper over the
(sharp) dispensing edge. There are several special applicators available:

see magnet flap applicator: MFA
