Chapter 9: Web Access and Management
IN THIS CHAPTER
This chapter explains how to access COLLABORATE® Live via a browser and use the Web-
based GUI for viewing sessions/files, and configuring the unit from a remote location or via the
LAN.
The Web interface includes all the options that are available via the regular on-screen GUI, as
well as some additional configuration options that are not available via the regular GUI.
Since the user options shared by both GUIs are generally the same, this chapter focuses
mainly on the exclusive web options, and includes the following sections:

ACCESSING COLLABORATE® LIVE VIA BROWSER
You can access COLLABORATE® Live via a standard Web browser from any remote location
or from your LAN.
To access COLLABORATE® Live via a browser:
1. Open your browser.
2. In the
browser’s address bar, type the direct IP Address of the COLLABORATE®
Live unit. The COLLABORATE® Live Web login page appears. For example:
http://172.100.100.25
Note:
If you do not know the IP Address of the COLLABORATE® Live unit,
request help from a user close to the unit, who can check the
unit’s IP
