The case where the target position changed during operation
a) If the changed target position has the same movement direction,
…speed and position will change according to the target position setting.
b) If the changed target position has the opposite movement direction,
…it will decelerate to a stop and move in the opposite direction.
It will change decelerate-to-a-stop and acceleration from the point it receives Input 2 signal.
There are occasions where setting speed is not reached depending on stroke length and acceleration
