1 Install the O‐ring seals for the oil cooler to the oil filter / cooler housing. (Non Serviced Parts)

2 Assembly cleaned oil cooler to housing using six (6)

Torx Head Screws torqued to 12 N∙m (106 in. lbs.)

3 Lightly lubricate the O‐ring on a new oil filter

element with EF‐411 and install the element into
the oil filter housing.

4 Lightly lubricate the O‐ring for the oil filter element

cap with EF‐411 and install on the oil filter housing.

5 Install new oil filter housing seals (1)&(2) onto the oil filter

housing.

6 Position the oil filter housing (1) on the engine block.

7 Install five bolts and tighten in the sequence shown

to 12 N∙m (106 in. lbs.).

Note:

Labs must install the oil filter and charge the engine with test oil before starting engine.

Note: Oil Filter must be 2014 or newer to seal properly in adapter housing.
