Removing/replacing the old expansion chamber

Remove the Alveograph's casing

(see op. A1-1)

Note: It is not mandatory to remove/replace the RLP pressure

board support

(see op. A1-2)

, but this is recommended for easier access.

Disconnect the pneumatic hoses, noting their position.

Cut the two cable ties to release the expansion chamber (A).

Replacing the expansion chamber

should

attach

the

mixer

eas

ily

, just remember to use new plastic rings and thread them over the

two plastic supports (B).

Note: We recommend replacing the hoses.
