Maintenance manual

AlveoPC

Extract the mixing blade.

Remove the gear motor, see procedure

B3-1 "Removing/

replacing the gear motor"

, without touching these positioning

spacers.

Remove the retaining ring (A) on the coupling in the reduction
gear.

Then with a wide flat blade screwdriver large, remove the
spring washer (B) just behind the retaining ring.

Take the coupling out of the reduction gear and replace it.

Put the spring washer and the retaining ring back in place on
the coupling shaft (if they are damaged, replace them).

Fit the gear motor, see procedure

Don't forget to check its alignment with the bowl.

Put the mixing blade back in place.

Note: if there is not enough force retaining the mixing blade in the

coupling, adjust the set screw and locknut.
