Maintenance manual

AlveoPC

Remove the Alveograph's casing

(see op. A1-1)

Disconnect the pneumatic hoses, noting their position (A).

Unscrew the locknut on the flow control valve assembly (B).

Change the flow control valve assembly.

Note: If you have difficulty extracting the valve, remove the plastic

cover (C).

To replace the valve, perform the above steps in reverse order and
refer to the diagram opposite to connect the valve's pneumatic
hoses.

Note: We recommend replacing the hoses.
