Remove the Alveograph's upper casing (see op. A1-1) .
Special instructions for connections that may pose a problem:
a. Electrical connections

Make a note of the orientation of the keyboard connection on the
CPU board before removing it because there is no fool-proofing
device (A).

Remove the connections with the aid of a flat blade screwdriver to
release them (B).
b. Pneumatic connections

The pneumatic connections are hard to disconnect: we advise
using a flat blade screwdriver to facilitate extraction (A). If need be,
trim the end of the hose because a clean hose end will be more air-
tight when you replace it.

To remove the pneumatic connections from the lower plate you
need to remove the upper plate (see op. A2-1) . Unscrew the three
screws on the lower plate, remove the threaded ring and lift the
assembly to gain access to the pneumatic connections (B).
Note: Remember to put back the cable ties after putting the cables
back in place
