Chapter 3 Repairs

Maintenance manual

2016/02

AlveoPC

Before opening the Alveo (or the Mixer), you must switch off
and disconnect their power supplies.

Remove the casing of the Alveo or the Mixer.

Connect the power cord then turn on the instrument.

230VAC present inside the instrument.

With a voltmeter, check the voltages on the temperature sen-
sor connector as shown in the diagram below.

Notes:

• if the supply voltage (5V) is wrong, the CPU board is dam-
aged.

• The measurement (10mV/°C) must be compliant; for
instance:

0.2V corresponds to 20°C,

0.25V corresponds to 25°C

Switch off the Alveograph or Mixer, disconnect the power cord
and replace the casing on the Alveo or Mixer.
