Maintenance manual

AlveoPC

Refitting

Present the new bowl and pass the electrical wiring under the
gear motor (A).

Fit the special tool (B).

For this latter operation, we strongly recommend a second
operator to help you.

Fit the crank behind the motor (C), turn the crank so that the
motor shaft is up (D) (ball support).

Position the bowl with the spacers (0.85 mm between the bowl
and the motor shaft) (E).

Visually align the bowl with the gear motor and fix it to the
frame with its 4 screws, without fully tightening them.

Using the crank provided for the purpose, rotate the gear
motor that drives the coupling to place it in different positions.
Install the mixing blade after first greasing its shaft for each
position and check that it does not scrape the bowl (F).
