Using the Ramp Button to Stop the Ramping
When using the ramping feature during a treatment session as
described in the previous section, the intensity can be stopped
by pressing the Ramp button (the Ramp button will read "Ramp
Off"). This feature is especially useful if the patient becomes
uncomfortable with the intensity, or if the intensity level is being
achieved by the patient's response.

START button and the
trigger button on the
handpiece.
Notice that the progress
bar gradually increases.

When the Ramp button
is pressed before the
intensity is fully ramped,
the intensity level is set at
that level.
For example, if you set the
intensity at 3.8 bar, and
you pressed the Ramp
button before the intensity
reached 3.8 bar, the rest of
the treatment would be set
at the intensity at which
you pressed the button (2.0
bar in this example).
