Dismantling

remove front wheel(8-2)

remove steering stem(8-18)

remove front ADWS arm assy(8-9)

Use special tool separate the steering stem and the

oil seal from the body.

Special tool:

bearing remover component

rotor puller

remover axle

remover heavy bob

Installation

Installation carry on according to the opposite se-

quence of uninstallation.

Special tool:

Bearing race installation tool A

Assembling tooling bar

Attention:Special tool must be used when install

the bearing.

Steering system install according to the opposite se-
