Disassembly

Inspection:

Check all parts for damage. Repalce

if necessary.

Remove nut 10 and the parts from the

starter housing.

Warning! The coil spring may quickly unwind
and cause injury when the sheave drum is
opened. Wear proper hand and eye protec-
tion beforehand.

Disassembly is unnecessary if recoil starter

wokrs well.
