Muffler

Disassembly
Warning

The dismantling and installation work of
muffler can only be done when it is cooled

down!

Remove joint nut1 and nut2 of muffler front
elbow

Remove bolt1, bolt2, take down clamp ring,

muffler and rubber cushion.

Mounting

Install muffler in the reverse order of

disassembly.

Torque: Front elbow nut:

3 0 N . m

(3.0kgf.m)
Muffler bolt: 40 N.m(40.5 kgf.m

Note
Gasket on exhaust port must be re-
pl ac ed w it h a ne w one w hen
mounting.
