Degrease and clean the belt sliding surface of sec-
ondary fixed sheave
Apply lubricating grease to the lip of oil seal and
install the oil seal with the lip facing the inner side of
secondary sliding sheave

Apply lubricant grease to the O-ring and install it to
secondary fixed sheave
Apply lubricant grease to the oil seal lip and install
the oil seal with the lip facing the secondary sliding
sheave..

Fill adequate lithium lubricant into

φ

34 hole, guide

pin groove, needle bearing and ball bearing.

Install the secondary sliding sheave to secondary
fixed sheave.

Assemble airtight bush.
